I have today received the above order, and feel obliged to write, complimenting your company in the manner in which it carries out business.Despite placing my order late one night, I received an Email by return, stating that, one of the items were out of stock, it was expected on 11th March, and I would be contacted to arrange delivery upon their receipt. Not only was this carried out without delay but the product was delivered the very next day (today). May I say we are not only delighted with the product but would also compliment you on your competitive price. I will have no hesitation in using your company again, or in recommending you to others, something I am seldom willing to do.
