You will be hands-on setting up an array of BBQs/smokers, using different flavours of wood smoke, prepping the meat & other ingredients, cooking them Low and Slow, managing the BBQs, selecting and using different rubs, marinades, and mopping techniques. Ribs, Brisket and Chicken Wings are just some of the dishes you will be cooking.
